Responsibilities
- General Office Administration: Manage incoming correspondence, answer phones professionally, and route inquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Data Entry & Management: Accurately input and update information into our CRM and database systems, ensuring 100% data integrity.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Assist in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements for staff.
- Document Preparation: Create, format, and distribute professional reports, memos, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Inventory & Supplies: Monitor office supply levels and place orders as needed to maintain a fully functional workspace.
- Customer Support: Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional service and information.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration is a plus.
- Experience: No prior professional experience required; we value enthusiasm and a quick learning ability.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace. Basic knowledge of CRM software is preferred.
