Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet visitors warmly, manage incoming calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members efficiently.
- Data Entry: Accurately input, update, and maintain records in our CRM and Excel databases with a focus on speed and precision.
- Administrative Support: Handle mail distribution, manage appointments, and prepare meeting materials for weekend executives.
- File Management: Organize physical and digital files to ensure quick retrieval and compliance with company standards.
- Customer Service: Address client and visitor needs promptly, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere at all times.
- Reporting: Assist in compiling weekly reports based on data entry activities and front desk metrics.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar administrative role is required.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data entry software.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent schedule.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished phone demeanor.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain high accuracy standards in data management and filing.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
