Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative duties including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Answer and screen incoming calls, routing them to the appropriate department or individual.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for management.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations.
- Greet visitors and provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Assist with special projects and ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory for entry-level candidates.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
