Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute professional correspondence, reports, presentations, and memos.
- Handle incoming phone calls and direct inquiries with a high level of professionalism and accuracy.
- Perform data entry, maintain accurate records, and assist with filing systems.
- Order and manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment.
- Support executive team members with various ad-hoc tasks and special projects.
- Act as the primary point of contact for visitors and clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional administrative experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
