Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry: Input and update information into databases, spreadsheets, and CRM systems with a focus on speed and zero errors.
- Manage correspondence: Handle incoming emails, phone calls, and mail during weekend hours, directing inquiries appropriately.
- File and organize records: Maintain both physical and digital filing systems to ensure documents are easily retrievable.
- Office maintenance: Monitor office supplies, restock break areas, and ensure the workspace remains clean and professional.
- Assist with weekend projects: Support the weekend team with various ad-hoc administrative tasks and event preparation.

Qualifications

- Schedule: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with staff and visitors.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
