- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and courier coordination.
- Perform accurate data entry and manage digital filing systems for weekend documentation.
- Assist in inventory management by checking supplies and placing orders for office essentials.
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking detailed messages when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to office safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in an office or administrative support role is preferred.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a regular basis.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
