Responsibilities
- Manage incoming phone calls and emails with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Perform data entry, filing, and document management for both digital and physical records.
- Assist with inventory management and office supply replenishment.
- Coordinate and schedule weekend meetings and appointments.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the common work areas.
- Handle basic accounting tasks such as petty cash reconciliation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
- Previous experience in an office or administrative setting is a plus but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and/or Sunday).
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
