Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including visitor reception and call routing
- Coordinate weekend staff schedules and facility access
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage office supplies inventory
- Assist with document preparation, filing, and digital record-keeping
- Support event setup and basic IT troubleshooting
- Perform light cleaning and maintenance of common areas
- Act as primary point of contact for weekend emergencies
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year office administration experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license preferred
- Flexibility to work Saturday/Sunday shifts (8am-4pm)
- Boston residency required
