Responsibilities
- Manage daily incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services.
- Answer and screen phone calls, routing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Perform data entry, maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems.
- Assist with inventory management and reordering of office supplies.
- Greet visitors warmly and provide general administrative support.
- Support team members with special projects and ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
