Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and package processing with meticulous attention to detail
- Coordinate weekend meeting schedules and prepare conference rooms with necessary equipment
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks including expense reports and invoice processing
- Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement orders
- Support document management through filing, scanning, and digital organization
- Provide backup administrative support to other departments as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of office administration or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks
