Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel arrangements for executives.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including email, phone calls, and mail.
- Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and business correspondence with high attention to detail.
- Coordinate office events, meetings, and conferences.
- Maintain office inventory, order supplies, and manage equipment maintenance.
- Assist with HR-related tasks, including onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel files.
- Perform data entry and manage digital filing systems to ensure information is easily accessible.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience (2-4 years) in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
