Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including call screening, visitor greeting, and mail processing
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and maintain conference room schedules
- Assist with administrative tasks such as document preparation and data entry
- Support office supply inventory management and equipment maintenance
- Handle incoming/outgoing correspondence and package logistics
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless weekend operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of receptionist or customer service experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) 8am-5pm
