Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system and direct calls to appropriate departments
- Greeter and check-in for all visitors and clients
- Coordinate office calendars and schedule meetings
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain reception area appearance and inventory
- Assist with basic administrative tasks (data entry, filing)
- Support HR with new onboarding documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years receptionist or customer service experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
- Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of office equipment (copiers, scanners)
- Reliable transportation to downtown Raleigh location
