Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for department leadership
- Handle incoming communications via phone, email, and in-person inquiries with professionalism
- Process confidential documents, maintain records, and ensure data accuracy in filing systems
- Assist with event coordination, meeting preparation, and office supply inventory
- Support HR functions including onboarding paperwork and employee records maintenance

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience in a professional setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
