Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate complex logistics for executives
- Handle confidential correspondence, data entry, and record-keeping with precision
- Process invoices, expense reports, and payroll documentation accurately
- Coordinate office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships
- Act as primary point of contact for internal/external communications
- Support meeting preparation, including materials creation and room setup
- Implement office efficiency improvements using MS Office Suite
Qualifications
- 3+ years of administrative experience in fast-paced environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
