Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including call handling, visitor greeting, and mail distribution
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure proper setup for weekend events
- Maintain accurate office supply inventory and place purchase orders
- Process and file confidential documents with strict attention to detail
- Support basic bookkeeping tasks including expense report processing
- Assist with light facility maintenance and equipment troubleshooting
- Collaborate with weekday team to ensure seamless weekend operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year administrative or office support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to multitask

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Washington State driver's license (for occasional errands)
- Flexibility to work Saturday/Sunday shifts (6 AM - 2 PM)
