Responsibilities

- Coordinate weekend meeting schedules and room reservations
- Process and distribute incoming mail/packages
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate filing systems
- Support office inventory management and supply replenishment
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks and expense reports
- Collaborate with weekday staff for seamless handover procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years administrative or office support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
