Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain company databases and records with high attention to detail.
- Manage the front desk reception duties, including greeting guests, answering multi-line phones, and directing inquiries.
- Sort and distribute mail, process incoming packages, and handle incoming faxes.
- Prepare weekly reports by compiling and reviewing data entry logs and financial summaries.
- Assist in organizing office files and archives to ensure efficient retrieval of information.
- Collaborate with the administrative team to streamline weekend workflows and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry, receptionist roles, or office administration.
- Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 40 WPM) with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
