Responsibilities
- Accurately input and verify high volumes of data into various software systems and databases.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information.
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and managing incoming correspondence.
- Prepare and format reports, invoices, and correspondence with a high degree of accuracy.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure seamless workflow during weekend shifts.
- Perform routine data cleaning and quality assurance checks to minimize errors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative support roles.
- Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 40 WPM).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
