Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including call routing, visitor management, and mail processing
- Perform accurate data entry for client records, inventory logs, and scheduling systems
- Coordinate weekend staff schedules and maintain digital calendars
- Assist with document preparation, scanning, and file organization
- Process transactions and maintain financial records with precision
- Support administrative tasks including inventory management and supply ordering
- Uphold brand standards through professional client interactions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year receptionist or administrative experience
- Proficient in data entry with 98%+ accuracy rate
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday 8am-5pm)
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
