Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume data entry tasks with 99% accuracy and efficiency.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems.
- Compose professional correspondence, emails, and memos on behalf of management.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and expense documentation.
- Screen incoming calls and route inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and order new stock as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in administrative support, data entry, or office management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 45 WPM).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
