Responsibilities
- Calendar & Scheduling: Manage incoming communications, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for department leadership.
- Data Management: Perform accurate data entry, maintain digital and physical filing systems, and update client records.
- Office Operations: Oversee weekend office coverage, manage mail, and handle incoming calls with a professional demeanor.
- Reporting: Prepare and compile basic reports and presentations for the upcoming week.
- Event Support: Assist in the setup and logistics for weekend corporate events or client meetings.
- Vendor Coordination: Liaise with external vendors and service providers as needed during weekend hours.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a corporate or office setting.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays (rotating shifts) on a consistent basis.
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively without direct supervision.
