Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage incoming phone calls and emails with exceptional communication skills.
- Perform accurate and high-speed data entry into our CRM system.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
- Assist with general office duties including photocopying and mailing.
- Coordinate meeting schedules for the weekend team.
- Handle cash handling and light cashier duties when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Fast typing speed (40+ WPM) with a focus on accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must be available to work weekends without exception.
