- Manage multi-line phone system with exceptional professionalism and etiquette
- Greet and screen all visitors in a sophisticated corporate setting
- Coordinate executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage office supplies inventory
- Maintain security protocols and issue visitor badges
- Assist with administrative tasks including document preparation and filing
- Support HR and department heads with special projects
Qualifications
- 3+ years of executive receptionist or front desk experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Experience with scheduling software (Calendly, Outlook Calendar)
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience required
- Knowledge of office equipment (copiers, scanners, AV systems)
