Responsibilities
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain critical business data in company databases and CRM systems
- Manage and organize digital filing systems ensuring data integrity and accessibility
- Process invoices, expense reports, and payroll information with meticulous attention to detail
- Coordinate calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange travel logistics for department staff
- Prepare professional correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Assist in onboarding new hires by setting up workstations and preparing documentation
- Support cross-departmental projects by compiling and analyzing data for decision-making
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of administrative assistant experience with proven data entry proficiency
- Advanced typing speed (60+ WPM) and exceptional 10-key accuracy
