- Assist in processing invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
- Handle incoming emails and phone inquiries professionally during business hours.
- Generate weekly reports and compile statistics for management review.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless information flow.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to maximize productivity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry and administrative support.
- Excellent typing speed (minimum 40 WPM) and accuracy.
