Responsibilities
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in CRM and ERP systems
- Process and reconcile invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports
- Generate daily/weekly reports for management review
- Manage digital filing systems with strict adherence to data privacy protocols
- Coordinate calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange travel logistics
- Assist with onboarding by preparing new hire documentation
- Perform quality assurance checks on all data entries
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional data entry experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Typing speed of 60+ WPM with 99% accuracy
- Experience with ERP/CRM systems (SAP, Salesforce preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Associate's degree or equivalent certification required
