Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls and direct communications to appropriate departments
- Greet and assist visitors professionally and promptly
- Maintain a clean, organized reception area
- Coordinate mail delivery and office supplies inventory
- Support scheduling meetings and managing calendars
- Assist with basic administrative tasks (data entry, filing)
- Act as point of contact for building management services
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of receptionist or front desk experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Professional appearance and customer service-oriented mindset
