Responsibilities
- Manage office calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Handle incoming communications (phone, email, mail) with professionalism
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems for document organization
- Assist with office supply inventory management and procurement
- Support HR functions onboarding processes and employee records
- Prepare routine reports and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications
