Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls and direct communications to appropriate departments
- Greets, screens, and directs visitors with exceptional professionalism
- Maintains and schedules conference room bookings and calendar coordination
- Handles incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Assists with administrative tasks including data entry and document management
- Supports office supply inventory and vendor coordination
- Performs light clerical duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional receptionist experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
