Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests, clients, and vendors with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls while maintaining a polite and helpful tone.
- Manage the front desk operations, including mail distribution, package handling, and meeting room setups.
- Schedule appointments and manage the executive calendar using Google Calendar or Outlook.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate office records.
- Coordinate inter-departmental communications and relay messages accurately.
- Order office supplies and manage inventory levels.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional receptionist or administrative experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
