Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for senior management.
- Handle all incoming communications, including routing emails, screening calls, and responding to inquiries in a professional manner.
- Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Assist with data entry, file management, and maintaining accurate digital and physical records.
- Order and manage office supplies and inventory.
- Plan and coordinate company events, team meetings, and travel arrangements when needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or certification in Office Administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar support role (1-3 years preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
