Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume incoming phone calls, emails, and general correspondence during weekend hours.
- Perform accurate data entry, filing, and document management for all patient and client records.
- Assist in scheduling weekend appointments and coordinating logistics for special events.
- Maintain the reception area and ensure office supplies are well-stocked.
- Support staff with ad-hoc administrative tasks to ensure seamless operations.
- Process and verify invoices and expense reports on a weekly basis.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; associate degree preferred.
- Previous administrative or receptionist experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and handle pressure efficiently.
- Reliable transportation is required.
