Responsibilities
- Manage office operations including mail processing, supply inventory, and document filing systems
- Coordinate weekend meeting logistics including room setup, catering, and equipment preparation
- Handle confidential data entry, record keeping, and report generation using Microsoft Office Suite
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person inquiries from clients and staff
- Assist with HR tasks including onboarding paperwork, scheduling, and benefits administration
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with strict adherence to confidentiality protocols
- Support event coordination for weekend company functions and client meetings
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience with weekend or shift availability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
