Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone systems, professionally route calls, and take accurate messages
- Greet visitors warmly, coordinate badge access, and manage meeting room reservations
- Process incoming/outgoing mail/packages and maintain organized reception areas
- Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and travel arrangements for executives
- Perform data entry, file maintenance, and document processing in Microsoft Office
- Support office supply inventory management and vendor coordination
- Collaborate with administrative team on special projects and event logistics
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years receptionist or administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Professional demeanor with strong customer service focus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
