Responsibilities
- Manage Communication: Handle high-volume phone inquiries, emails, and live chat support during the evening shift.
- Data Entry & Processing: Accurately input and update client information, invoices, and scheduling data into our CRM systems.
- Office Coordination: Assist in preparing nightly reports, filing documents, and maintaining organized digital and physical records.
- Vendor Liaison: Communicate with external partners and vendors to resolve issues that arise after hours.
- Scheduling Support: Manage calendar appointments and coordinate logistics for evening meetings or events.
- General Support: Perform other administrative duties as requested to ensure smooth night operations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, office management, or customer service.
- Availability: Must be available to work a rotating night shift schedule (e.g., 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM or similar).
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to manage data accuracy and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or certification in Office Administration is a plus.
