Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate complex meeting arrangements, and prioritize competing priorities
- Prepare and distribute confidential correspondence, reports, and presentation materials
- Oversee office operations including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships
- Process expense reports, invoices, and financial documentation with precision
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal/external stakeholders via phone, email, and in-person
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for executives and staff
- Maintain digital filing systems and ensure data security compliance
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent administrative experience required
