Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phones with a professional demeanor.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail, handle package deliveries, and manage the inter-office courier system.
- Assist with data entry tasks, maintaining accurate digital and physical records for the department.
- Coordinate and schedule weekend appointments, meetings, and internal events.
- Prepare expense reports and process invoices with strict attention to detail.
- Provide general office support, including printing, scanning, and filing documents.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous administrative or office support experience is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively during busy weekends.
- Must be available to work on weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
