Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
- Greet and welcome visitors warmly, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services efficiently.
- Perform general administrative duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for management staff.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior experience with multi-line phone systems is a plus.
