Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and high-volume data entry into company databases and spreadsheets.
- Manage incoming emails, phone calls, and general correspondence.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare, organize, and file documents and reports with strict attention to detail.
- Assist with office inventory management and supply ordering.
- Maintain and update office systems, ensuring records are organized and accessible.
- Support the team with ad-hoc administrative projects as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM with exceptional accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
