Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Oversee the front desk operations, greet visitors, and direct inquiries professionally.
- Scheduling: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for the executive team.
- Communication: Handle incoming emails and phone calls, responding promptly and professionally.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate digital and physical records, including filing, archiving, and database updates.
- Office Support: Order and maintain office supplies, manage inventory, and perform light cleaning duties as needed.
- Report Preparation: Compile weekly reports and prepare documents for upcoming Monday morning meetings.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Experience: Previous administrative or office support experience is highly desirable.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) consistently.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
