Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate complex calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments for executives.
- Handle incoming communications, including phone calls and emails, with a high degree of professionalism.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and documents using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, to ensure quick information retrieval.
- Assist with event planning and logistics for weekend corporate functions and client meetings.
- Perform data entry tasks, expense reports, and general office administration duties.
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and vendors on-site.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional administrative experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Mandatory availability to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
