Responsibilities
- Manage and schedule executive calendars, ensuring efficient time management for the weekend operations team.
- Handle incoming communications, including email, phone calls, and correspondence, with a high degree of professionalism.
- Prepare and organize meeting materials, presentations, and reports for weekend leadership meetings.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate digital and physical records using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for weekend personnel as needed.
- Greet visitors and direct them appropriately to ensure a seamless front-office experience.
- Assist with various ad-hoc projects and special events to support company objectives.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or relevant administrative certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during weekend shifts.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented with a positive attitude.
