Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize incoming emails and phone inquiries with professionalism.
- Schedule and confirm weekend appointments and meetings.
- Prepare and distribute internal memos and reports.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate digital records.
- Assist with document filing, scanning, and archiving systems.
- Coordinate with off-site departments to ensure seamless workflow.
- Handle basic expense reporting and invoicing.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
