Responsibilities
- Manage incoming communications, including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors in a professional manner.
- Perform data entry tasks, including updating databases and maintaining accurate client records.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars for department heads and executives.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal memos, reports, and correspondence.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining office supplies and inventory.
- Handle front-desk operations and provide general administrative support as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a general office role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
