In this role, you will be the backbone of our weekend operations, ensuring seamless data management and administrative support for our clients. You will work closely with the management team to maintain office efficiency and accuracy in all reporting.
Responsibilities
- Execute High-Precision Data Entry: Manage the accurate and timely input of sensitive data into various database systems and spreadsheets with a focus on 99.9% accuracy.
- Weekend Office Management: Oversee the daily operations of the office during weekend shifts, ensuring all protocols are followed and the workspace is organized.
- Document Management: Organize, file, and digitize physical and electronic documents, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with privacy standards.
- Communication Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for weekend inquiries, directing calls and emails to the appropriate personnel.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare weekly reports and summaries based on entered data, highlighting key trends or discrepancies.
- Inventory Control: Monitor and maintain office supply levels, placing orders as needed to ensure uninterrupted workflow.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support, data entry, or a related field.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software is required.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and possess a flexible schedule.
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to spot errors and correct them immediately without supervision.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or certification in Administrative Technology is a plus.
