Responsibilities
- Manage and direct the front desk operations, including greeting visitors and routing inquiries professionally.
- Schedule, coordinate, and confirm weekend appointments and meetings using calendar management software.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and faxes with accuracy and speed.
- Maintain and organize both physical and digital filing systems for easy document retrieval.
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, report generation, and expense reporting.
- Answer high-volume phone lines and respond to email correspondence in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Administrative certification is a plus.
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Receptionist, or Office Clerk.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
