Responsibilities
- Manage incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits with professionalism.
- Handle general office duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating weekend events.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order materials as needed.
- Prepare reports and documents using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Support the team with various ad-hoc administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous administrative or office support experience is a plus.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and/or Sundays.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
