- Process payroll, expense reports, and vendor invoices with 100% accuracy
- Oversee office inventory management and procurement of essential supplies
- Coordinate international travel arrangements and complex logistics for leadership
- Serve as primary point of contact for weekend client communications and urgent inquiries
- Implement digital filing systems using Microsoft SharePoint and document automation tools
Qualifications
- 5+ years of administrative experience with weekend shift availability
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Proven experience handling confidential information with HIPAA/GDPR compliance
- Advanced knowledge of office equipment (multi-function printers, AV systems)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
