Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including call routing, visitor greeting, and mail distribution
- Perform accurate data entry in CRM systems and maintain digital filing systems
- Coordinate office calendars, meeting scheduling, and travel arrangements
- Assist with document preparation, correspondence, and report generation
- Support administrative tasks including inventory management and supply ordering
- Collaborate with department heads on project documentation and record-keeping
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years receptionist or administrative experience
- Proficient in data entry with 45+ WPM typing speed and 98% accuracy
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail with ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
